Finance and Monitoring

We are here to help your network to effectively carry out and monitor your CN4M funding. We can provide:

  • One-to-one finance and monitoring support
  • Group finance and monitoring workshops which deliver skills and knowledge in managing your grant
  • Guidance and assistance throughout your grant by offering advice and monitoring your progress

Network Development

We can help your network develop through:
  • Providing one to one and group assistance on capacity issues to help strengthen your network
  • Promoting internal and external training opportunities to help increase the skills and knowledge of your network
  • Utilising innovative and creative methods of communication to share information and good practice with your network
  • Making links with other networks in order to facilitate more effective joint working
  • Developing strategic links to ensure your network can positively influence policy and service delivery
